We’re excited to begin working with you on your marketing project. To get things started, we’ve put together this workshop that features a series of questions specific to your company and operations, as well as some insight into why we need this information and how it will help. It’s very important that you’re able to finish this before we get started on your project. We figure giving you the chance to go through this at a pace and time that’s convenient for you would be best; however, if you would rather work on this with your Account Manager, letting them help clarify and fill out the questions, don’t hesistate to ask for help! We’re glad to accommodate.

Have you accessed your profile on the Account Portal? You'll need to use it from time to time to access your billing info, add account users/contacts, and approve your project once it's done. Using targeted marketing means you’ll get more out of your investment. In an ideal world, everybody would want to support your company. Unfortunately, that’s not the case, so it’s wasteful to try to market to everybody. There is however one or more specific groups of individuals who will identify with your company and its offering. Let’s start with a simple generalization of your primary target audience, focusing on standard demographics (i.e. Females in the Millenial age category who are interested in yoga…). If you would like to list two more target audiences, provide details about them in the Additional Demographic Info area at the end of this section.

When considering the primary group of individuals your brand should resonate with, what gender are they? Take your best guess.
What about age range/around what year were they born?
What about race?
If you had to guess, what would you say are one or more major personality traits these individuals possess?

Have you completed a product worksheet? Our Product Worksheet will help you plan out all your products and better prepare them for marketing. Download a product worksheet here and use it to clearly list all of your products, product descriptions, categories, prices, and benefits. Please note, we will need this completed before being able to proceed with creating your online store.

What is the sales tax rate in your state?
What is your local tax rate, if any? (e.g. Princeton, WV has an additional municipal tax rate of 1%)

What unit of measurement will you be using to weigh your products? (lbs, ounces, grams, or kg)

Do you want customers to be able to leave product reviews?

How long do you want the shipping cart to hold stock for unpaid orders? The default time is 60 minutes. When this limit is reached, the pending order will be canceled.
Do you want notification for low stock items?
IF TRUE: How low can the stock get before you are notified? By default, this number is 2 items.
How do you want to handle items that are out of stock? You can hide them, allow back orders, or let them remain visible with an "Out Of Stock" warning.
Do you want inventory numbers to show on the items all the time, only when the item is low, or not at all?
Will you be shipping products nationally, internationally, or both?
Which shipping carrier are you using?
IF UPS: Do you currently have a shipping account with them?
IF TRUE: We will need the account number and the latest invoice number in order to connect to the website.
Would you like to offer the option for in-store pickups? This is convenient for local shoppers who purchase from your website.
To process debit/credit card payments, you'll need to select TWO payment processing companies for us to connect with your website before we can proceed. It's best to have two payment systems connected in case one of them is suddenly unable to process payments for some reason. Most choose Square and PayPal.
"If you are comfortable with giving us the login info for your chosen payment processing systems, we can connect them with the online store. Simply provide the usernames and password and label which platform they're for. If you're not comfortable with providing us with the login details, no worries; we'll have you connect them to your website once we're ready for that step."
